We will do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful stay but please note;

1. A non-refundable deposit of £150 will be required to confirm the booking. The full amount will be required a month before
2. In case of damage a credit card number will be needed
3. In case of booking through and outside agency guests will be liable to the agencies terms and conditions
4. Instructions will be emailed prior to arrival but please do call 07881 783206 should you have any questions
5. Linen, bedding and towels are included.
6. A basket of logs will be on site on arrival. Additional logs can be acquired for £11 a basket
7. Insurance regulations mean that the Pod is non-smoking and no naked flames including candles are permitted
8. No liability is accepted by Raven Enterprises or Castle Estate for loss or damage to hirers’ property, including, but not limited to baggage and motor vehicles, however caused; nor for any mishap or accident to persons whilst on the premises. The owners reserve the right to refuse admission, or to terminate the let of any persons who in the opinion of the owners is acting in a dangerous or unruly manner. In any such case, fees paid will NOT be refunded.
